Alu moulds for footwear

The key stages in our production process are:
- the design phase, our engineering department uses CAD/CAM technology to develop the design based on the customer’s drawing/requirements and
consultation with the customer;
- executive phase with prototyping and scanning system;
- construction phase, to build the mould using modern equipment and skilled personnel;
- finishing phase, to finish off the piece by hand to achieve the finest detail.

Our covered operational facility extends for over 1000 sqm and is fitted out with separate, independent workstations.

The equipment and machinery are the result of heavy investments, and they are constantly upgraded in order to ensure that work times and final results are in perfect harmony with the economic value of the product, without ever giving up the excellent quality of the mould.
