A structured methodology

Needs analysis
Every project starts with listening: we analyze the type of footwear, the characteristics of the sole, and the required performance.
This step allows us to define the most suitable mold for the chosen material (TPU, PU, PVC, rubber or EVA).
High-precision 3D CAD/CAM design
We use 3D CAD/CAM software to create the digital model of the mold, verifying geometry, thicknesses, alignments, and aesthetic details.

Choice of materials and CNC machining
By using high-quality aluminum we guarantee lightness, strength and durability.
